No. Customers won't see any information you provided to Fangate or Veriff when buying your content.

Our standard fee for using Fangate is 12.5%. This means your payout is 87,5% (unless individual fees have been agreed).

No. Your customers don’t need a Fangate account. That’s why Fangate is so simple to use.

Yes. The link you create is valid for as many customers and as long as you like. So there is no need to generate a link for every sale.

Requested payouts will be processed two times per month. Fangate does not charge any withdrawal fees. If your bank or your country charges fees, Fangate will deduct these fees from the payout.

In principle, there is no holding period. Please note, however, that we are permitted to withhold funds if the payment provider used for your transaction is holding back funds. We will release funds as soon as the payment provider releases your funds. We may also hold funds, if our internal guidelines (anti-money-laundering, KYC, anti-fraud-policy et al.) or the applicable law require us to do so.

Normally your download starts automatically. If your download gets interrupted or won't start, the checkout page has a link you can copy to manually start the download.

Furthermore, Fangate will automatically send an email with the download link to the email address you used when purchasing.
