Requested payouts will be processed two times per month. Fangate does not charge any withdrawal fees. If your bank or your country charges fees, Fangate will deduct these fees from the payout.

Is there a holding period for my payments?

In principle, there is no holding period. Please note, however, that we are permitted to withhold funds if the payment provider used for your transaction is holding back funds. We will release funds as soon as the payment provider releases your funds. We may also hold funds, if our internal guidelines (anti-money-laundering, KYC, anti-fraud-policy et al) or the applicable law require us to do so.
